      You can do whatever you want and not get fired Starting wage is ok

      Cons

      No raises - EVER. If you are ok with making the same amount 2-3 straight years, This is the place for you! Many hoops to jump through to get anything done Management somehow manages a company they know nothing about. They are simply bean counters.

      I cannot in honesty think of one good thing to say about the company in North America.

      Don't care about people - are terrible partners with their strategic vendors and most importantly have unethical sales practices.

      That people are the companies best asset. It was nice to work remotely.

      Cons

      Service Delivery Managers are treated very poorly by management. To succeed you'll need to 70-80 hours a week. They keep laying off staff and expect everyone to pickup the slack. I'd avoid this company.
