      No raises, payroll system is horrible can end up not getting paid until after 2 WEEKS!

      Pros

      Not a single thing but if you are new to IT industry, it is at least a half decent start. Get your foot into the door and then move on when you can.

      Cons

      There are so many things wrong with this company. From peers to leads to management. Full of incompetent people here. The atmosphere here is dreadful.
