      Work from home. That's it.

      Cons

      Low pay compared to the rest of the market. Poor benefits. Does not value its employees at all. Most good people left/leaving; what remains is incompetence. Senior leadership are poor managers, out of touch with business. Constantly pushing jobs to low cost centers regardless of impact to service levels.
