A lot of poor quality procedures and weak leadership
Pros
Work-life balance Remote only Indexing salaries with official rate of inflation annualy
Cons
Project managers, middle and high leadership managers with low and non-technical expertise that make decision without understanding their role, project or basic technical stuff. Very stupid procedures that make your life a living hell, this is if you want to work and to have great results for the team. For example take 2 months to make an official offer to a candidate that declined the offer (what a surprise!), stupid layers of non-sense security that you need always to surpass to do you damn job as a developer. Project managers because of which almost 70% of the dev team had left and nobody cares. Sometimes I think they are more managers then actually people that do something productive in that company.
