1. You will not feel that you are working for a big MNC company where there is no work at all. 2. Team is cooperative and nobody is rude. 3. Managers are approachable 4. Salary is on time - never late. 5. Lots of responsibility - if you are willing to take it. 6. If you are ready to dedicate your life to the organization then you can bring in ideas and do something great here. (Your work will be recognized but not rewarded as per your expectations)

Cons

1. Get ready to work on all the weekends (30 days a month are working days) 2. Salary hikes (5% average) 3. Senior management has all the powers , you managers can't even retain you even if they want to.

Pros

Everything is good. Good projects depend on your luck. Good working environment. Technical team is too good & cooperative.

Cons

Except HR from Recruitment level to Higher level. They treat you like a daily wages road side labour. Everything is difficult for them. No Joining bonus if you are going to join immediately because in their dictionary their in word 'Joining Bonus'. They will told you that there is no rule for JB. Be strict with HR during salary negotiation & other discussion.

Good Culture. Flexible Timing. Good work life balance. Work From Home.

Cons

HR and IT are lagging and not very helpful. Appraisal ratings are given before the actual appraisal process. Manager won't tell you a proper reason for giving you the default rating. Should Provide Bus service.
