for freshers they provide very less salary as compared to other companies. HR process is too slow. No annual salary hikes.

Compared to other service based companies, working in Atos will be of less work pressure but it completely depends upon project which you are assigned. Fresher's get lot of time to prepare on your own or to learn on new skill sets just coz of less work. Flexible timing.

Cons

Less hike Very less development projects, support projects are more.

Cons

Company shifted to Talawade, very remote area. Not easy to travel like Hinjewadi.
