      Pros

      Nothing that I can think of apart from the location, the transportation system, parking areas, and the cafeteria. Workwise and career-wise everything is under cons.

      Cons

      Poor management, No long-term vision, noncooperative HRs, If you are good in office politics this place is for you. No work-life balance, managers always low estimate the tasks to impress the clients and can ask you to come to work even on weekends.

      Pros

      Architects and team leads give a lot of freedom to the engineers to get their work done. They're very good with vacation, whenever you want to take off, you get it, no questions asked, except for very specific circumstances. A lot of opportunities to volunteer for projects as well.

      Cons

      Very big company, internal operations can be slow as with any big company. Kind of obsessed with ESG just like every other massive corporation.
