Pros

Fortunate to work in a good agile team. Getting to learn a lot. Current project workload is balanced ,getting good exposure overall.

Cons

No proper shift. No shift allowance for our team. Management is Atos-Syntel is very very poor. This management issue is the worst even the senior people are not able to give proper clarity they are unaware of many things. Even for raising a minor issue needs to contact 6-7 people.
