Good for Production support and Maintainence Projects,Salary on time

Cons

Poor HR Policy,Poor hike in Salary.No respect for Fresher.Bad Managers all around,No Development at all.Good environment in Pune GDC but hell in Mumbai.Work load pressure with no recognisation.Interview was easy thats why many got selected.Just sake of MNC and more Onsite Opprtunities people join this.Please Please stay away from the company.

Pros

I joined this company as a campus hire. Its almost 2 years working in the same project. Good company to grow yourself in the market by learning new technologies used in the market.

Cons

Hikes are pathetic. You cannot stay more than 2 years for sure, People have got single-digit hikes per month. Offered less pay to employees within a company and giving good pay on hiring laterals.
