They have a good variety of clients. They frequently send their employees over to the client's site.

Cons

Company does not care for their employees. As an ex: their offices in Bombay, India are more like sweatshops. People are crammed into rooms, the chairs are really awful. The salaries are not par with the market rate. Very little investment in training.
