1)As part of the BNFS projects and lnsurance domain projects learning is good. 2)Campuses are well maintained (except for some few small offices) 3)Employee can really learn "how to work in pressure of loosing your job"...

Cons

This list can go on and on.. as I have been in this organisation for more than 5+ years. 1)Individuals cant take decisions , only managers can. 2)Syntel never makes employee feel secure in terms of job retention , (recently they removed upto 1k to 2k employees) 3)All the things which the world is catching on like Big data or cloud computing or Data warehousing , this company is still living in 1980's of mainframes. 4)Very poor policy on employee retention , especially when they demand hikes.
