Pros
It's a job, basically a good way to start in the US if you are from India, others need to stay clear.
Cons
Sweatshop environment with all the poor brown folk continuing be subservient to management and usually talk in their native language. Many of them are just waiting for a green card application to escape from this servitude. Low caliber management No ethics whatsoever Not good for non Indians
