Acquiring business is always a huge pro in syntel

Cons

maintaining stability for acquired projects is way low when compared to hard work in acheiving them. pay scale , apprisals and talent recognistion is need to be improved.

good onsite opportunities if stay more than 3 years Good for married women,if they want less pressure

Cons

No proper care about interest of employee.i was intrested on development but i was forced to work on unit testing for 4 years in same account( rotational policy wont work due to internal manager politics) . Slow hikes to fresher but its more for laterals.
