Syntel offers terrific growth opportunities for lateral employees. There is a lot of stress on trainings, certifications and cross training. There is no dearths of "experts" eager to share knowledge.

Cons

Poor management structure. Poor processes. Very little stress on employee benefits. Customer centric approach to the extent of ignoring employee sentiments. Poor information systems.
