Good Onsite opportunity , if stick to syntel longer Good Work and Life Balance, easy to those who didnot want to enhance skillsets.

Cons

Very poor management No process Oriented If you don't have any option, then select Syntel After working 3 years in Syntel, I will advice others not to join in Syntel if you really want to grow.

Very good experience for starters but you see your salary going no where and you have to fight to go onsite

For a fresher it gives you hands on experience Work environment in mumbai is good with some good bonding amongst work floor Very close knit teams and thus knowledge sharing is amazing Chance to work yourself up with a lot of work

Cons

No work and play balance Teams are understaffed and thus overloaded Weekends usually go for a toss Management hardly cares about appraisals
