Pros
- do buttering to get onsite...once u got these skill u will for sure at onsite within six months - not real appreciation for your work..the one who close to manager gets awarded. - if you are lateral join for getting good hike n then decide your own wheather to stay or leave..??? - good for long term career..if u learn all these(?) things
Cons
- very bad skill management..you will get placed in any technology or project no depends on u. - very highlevel politics - some managers fills that this is their own company..treats employee's as labour
