Good benefits They will train you for what they need

Cons

Hired for one thing, but placed in another position. When new and waiting for your first project there is no direction on what you should study or practice. I liked the free time to be able to go over tutorials for random things, but what should I study that will make me a better candidate for any upcoming projects?
