      Company is having good client relationships.Can improve in process and other abilities to bring up resources.And also more clients have to grab in future ti become more standard company

      Have to be more good in employee benefits.Need to more standardised process in the company.Skills should be improved and trainings should conduct . More Manager and team relationships should improve.
