Pros

Environment and work culture everything is good. Appraisal is based on manager feedback but still they are considering other criteria like online exams, Hackathon and training for the appraisal... Good onsite opportunity is there.. They support many internal training and external training and certification.. If you get offer from Atos Syntel with good salary then go for it

Cons

Salary hike is not that much good enough.. You have to show other offers to retain with good salary..
