Business Outlook
Pros
- Plenty of PTO. - Decent pay for remote employees. - Caring managers, supervisors and team members. - Not as stressful as other IT jobs. - Team work is very good here.
Cons
- Company values it's contracts more then the large number of Americans it just laid off. They also let us know that our jobs are being offshored and we were being replaced so they can save money. - 2 week notice of job layoff - Little to no opportunity to move up into higher positions with more pay and responsibility. - Little to no in between time during calls. 30 seconds is not enough.
