lack of leadership, bad salary structure. No parity in Salary. 5+ years of experience guy working on non-niche skillset can draw more salary than 10+ years of experience. Full of politics and nepotism. In every 2-3 years a new company is acquired and management of acquired company surprisingly takes the lead in management domain atleast in India.
