Knowledge wise i think u wont get that much area of growth(which i think that is everywhere).I find the management system of our to be improved a little.

1. Apart from SpyGlass, other products have not worked. There is high dependence on their core products, which is mainly their bread & butter product. It has survived due to not many products in their work area. But as of late, few similar product offering are their in market. However, SpyGlass has maintained its position so far. 2. Though company work on cutting-edge & state-of-art technology, there is sometimes pressure of delivering to customers, because of which quality is sometime low. 3. Company is stable for many years, but have not been able to cross the barrier to reach big league. Their plans for IPO have not been achieved from many years. 4. Salary is bit lower than other competitors in EDA domain 5. Company is last years is seeing some slump (not in terms of sales) in overall quality. 6. Attrition rate is bit high, especially in lower staff. whereas many seniors have sticked to company for many years, bcos of which there is big force of manager/director workforce.
