Very friendly work environment

Pros

The work environment is very friendly. Co-workers are very helpful. Teams are very closely knit together, and working in such a team is very enjoyable for everyone. Works hours are flexible. All in all, work culture is really good. There's ample opportunity for new graduates to learn a lot.

Cons

Sometimes, work load does not get uniformly distributed. People who keep contributing positively, keep getting lot of work. And their wok-life balance gets deteriorated.

good products in demand with wide range of customers and compensation at par with the market.

Cons

Not much freedom to execute change;employees rewarded for loyalty which leads to extra fat in the company ranks; product quality suffers due to lack of US based workforce

Great working environment, employees are great people and the company is headed in the right direction. Location is very good too.

Cons

Doesn't have the perks or benefits of working at a larger corporation, but this is to be expected of a smaller company.
