Exceeding at AtriCure is easy if you are competent and want to learn and grow. The leadership is top notch and targets move based on market needs. AtriCure is a leading medical device company and they have to be nimble in order to maintain leadership.

Cons

The pay is low compared to the larger companies that surround AtriCure. If you are productive, you will be recognized.

Able to work your way up within your first few years until you hit a 'management wall'.

Cons

Disorganized management, often changing plans monthly based on reactive impulses rather than any serious planning. Very low salary's.
