Pros

Many locations in the US.

Cons

Recruiter was dishonest about hours and days. Directors were untrained and abusive. Hostile corporate work environment. White management class vs brown front lines workers created a master / slave dynamic of dysfunction where service workers were vengeful. Unhealthy. Sold on a 40 hour work week M/F 9- 5, expected to work morning, afternoons and evenings, weekends, holidays, and 10 hour + days. Bait & switch.

Pros

The salary was amazing. They take care of their residents. Weekends off so I had hoped

Cons

They expect you to work 24 hours a day, cover nursing shifts for call out, and manage pharmacy deliveries. If you kiss up they promote you.
