Nice building (recently redone) not an old building

Cons

1) they don’t care about you if you get sick, they have bad protocols for employees that become sick right now during this pandemic. 2) they seem to be willing to put their residents safety at risk by encouraging sick employees to return to work, or maybe it’s just bad judgement/company policy on their end. 3) they don’t care how hard you work for your residents, if you aren’t there when they want you to be it’s a problem, no matter the reason. Just work somewhere that they actually care about their employees more.

•You can get away with just about ANYTHING •You dont have to do ANYTHING but show up and do hourly checks, "assist" meds and check off lists •Doesnt require RSA's to have class •All you need is your CNA license and you qualify...

Cons

•Refer to pro's and if you actually work, you'll understand •Management cares about nothing other then their resident census, employees showing up for their shifts and looming superb when corporate and family members visit •Directors are very malicious when they cant get employees to bend at their will
