Pros

They will provide you a full uniform. A couple of times the executive director raffled off prizes/gifts for holidays etc.

Cons

This is a purely corporate job, I would not recommend to anyone who considers themself a healthcare worker. The emphasis is on sales and revenue at the expensive of older adults in vulnerable situations. The sales team is not honest with prospective residents which leads to a lot of complaints. They give free lunch which is slop and felt like a slap in the face for a 30 min lunch break. Benefits were bad, low PTO, copay, insurance doesn’t cover a lot.

Pros

Great culture and unlimited PTO

Cons

Good amount of movement in company size as it ebbs and flows with the industry and client base.
