Pros
Coworkers and management are friendly and chilled out. Hours are fairly flexible and someone can usually take you shift if needed and the management is really understanding with availability changes. Also a majority of the residents are really kind towards all employees. Also free meals after every shift
Cons
Extremely short shifts (3 hours where I work) and some of the residents are very rude for things waitstaff can't control such as changes in the daily menu or when the kitchen messes up. Yesterday a guy started screaming at me because I served dessert "too early" even though I was running late and proceeded to yell at my boss about it for 10 minutes then refused to eat anything else for the day. Also terrible pay (very close to minimum wage) and no tips for the amount of work one does per shift.
