Pros

Flexibility is the hallmark of this patient-centered facility. Supervisors and directors support their teams by going to the floor if it is understaffed, which impressed me. You can count on them if you need help. They are always available. It's a friendly place to be.

Cons

Understaffing is the only problem in that facility. The only problem I've noticed is that they need more staff. It's causing issues that could be quickly resolved by hiring more people. Hopefully, they can get the support they need to keep everything running smoothly.
