      Learned a lot on the fly, great resume builder.

      Cons

      The leadership team treated HR as paper pushers. Nothing ever got done, it was a boy's club at the top, and if they liked you, they would promote you. If they didn't like you, nothing you said or did was going to change their opinion no matter how hard you worked.
