Great for Training

Pros

Atrium is a great company to join and has a great training program for sales and recruiting

Cons

If you are a senior person they still do metrics. If you are producing that tends to be not the focus though

Undervalued employees, no regular reviews/increases, management doesn't respect hard work and has their favorites that will never be replaced
