      You can learn a lot from Sr. Leaders

      Really poor culture, tons of favoritism, CEO is none existent, poor communication across leadership and company wide, low on the pay scale across industry standards

      Pros

      Very great culture! Supportive teams, very understanding. Managers make sure you know what you are doing and provide you the guidance necessary to succeed.

      Cons

      Can be very fast-paced, comp structure (standard for agencies though), can feel as though their are favorites
