Pros

An amazing product that affects the improvement of people's quality of life. Develop top-edge technology. Due to medium company size. each developer has a huge impact. Great people to work with. Hybrid work! Each teamwork in a separate room (I Don't like open space)

Cons

The shared space is not as luxurious as in high-tech companies. We had also legacy code as a stable company.
