It pains me to see you think we hire just to hire. We try so very hard to look at the market and provide equal pay across the company and we are typically above average in the pay categories. I am sorry this was your experience at Atwell it is very hard to read a negative post, but I will say we will continue to push communication and listen to our employees to hopefully make as many people as happy as we can about the culture.

Christmas present of meat would have been nice if I wasn't a vegan I heard working in the office and southern parts of the country weren't as bad.

Cons

Everything Management Not given any training or proper equipment Unrealistic quotas Management was sexist and racist Low pay Unsafe work environments on private properties because customers will threaten workers because Atwell does not notify customers their workers will enter the property. Was told mace is weapon and I couldn't carry it even though several animals chased and tried to attack me. Concerns are ignored by management 401k matching is half of what other companies provide Promised compensation for going above and beyond. I received nothing. Outside work and Management does not care if there is a tornado warning or extreme inclement weather. Company was severely overbudget on the project I was working on. New workers everyday

Sorry, you had this experience while working at Atwell. We try to communicate with all levels of employees and those that are truly engaged with the work and process have great success. The average tenure of Atwell is very strong and our turnover rate is below 4%.

Thanks for the positive feedback. We have changed some of our benefits recently to stay on top of the industry standard and it certainly seems to be paying off. It is our employees that make our culture so thanks for taking the time to respond.
