I wanted to address the bonus being low we provide a year-end bonus as a way of saying thank you for a very good year and we calculate a percentage that the entire companies gets. I will run your review past Leadership to see if anything can be done. Thanks for the review and of course for the great feedback on culture, benefits and base pay.
