Pros

Good pay. The people are fantastic - I look forward to working with the people I get to see every day. Management treats employees like adults and doesn't micromanage. There is flexibility in schedule to manage your personal life. I like the direction the company is going under current leadership. Has an entrepreneurial culture that rewards hard work.

Cons

It's easy to bring work home; I had to stop answering emails after I leave work to help manage that. Workload at times is stressful.

Cons

Upper management has made some recent decisions that have led to a complete collapse of the natural resources division. Due to a desire to to increase profits, all of the leaders that care about the welfare of the employees are being forced out. This has caused all of the most competent employees to quit. What remains is a leadership that only cares about their profits but lacks quality employees to generate it.

Nice people and possibility of moving up in your career.

Cons

They dont seem to know what they are doing in upper management. Every office operates on their terms. You may be overworked and then experience periods of no work.
