Pros

Not formal working environment. Flexibility. Professionally training projects. Not very stressing in terms of work-life balance.

Cons

Not so efficient in terms of internal organization, such as technological tricks or programs. They've been having losses for years and the actual structure is not forward looking generally talking and about professional perspectives. Too much no sensed loss of time in every aspect of the activities. Almost no benefits: no car benefit, ridiculous meal-bonus benefits..

Big company present in many countries, possibility to travel and network with colleagues in other countries.

Cons

Slow decision making, lack of real know how. All the managers are promoted from within therefore lacking experience from the market.

Truth to be told I had 2 or 3 nice bosses, but they wasn't around that much.

Most of my colleagues were rude, unfortunately all my experience was awfull.
