The working environment was very pleasant but the technology at hand was lacking.

Pros

They have very good values in my opinion. The human interaction was awlways nice in my opinion. The work was challenging yet manageable. I was given a lot of freedom, even the opportunity to make mistakes, and that enabled me to grow quite a lot I believe.

Cons

Computers were far outdated and not efficient, and the training/formation was not incredibly satisfactory.

Good work life balance, most of people are nice in this company, less focus on results, a good training system for new graduates, business of group keeps increasing with a good future

Cons

Salary and benefits are in average level in Shang hai. It is difficult to be promoted in a short term. Company is risk reverse culture and people hate to take risk
