Decent benefits (401k, dental, health, etc.) Nice kitchen and snacks. Overly sensitive company culture with good intentions but poor execution.

Cons

Upper management pretends to care about individual contributors and will have the rare skip levels, but then disappear for lengths of time. Poor communication and guidance on salaries and lots of contradictory statements, especially around annual raises and bonuses. Poor execution of well intended ideas such as "unlimited PTO" or "Developing new roles." Lots of favoritism around promotions and corrupt vetting processes for individual contributors.
