Pros

The products are best in class. The people are truly talented and wonderful people.

Cons

Auctane had 4 CEO's in 3 years and there was 2 rounds of layoffs within my tenure. There was no option for professional growth or opportunity to advance. If you weren't laid off, you were asked to do more than your job with no chance of moving up.
