I, and most people I know here, are happy with work conditions and atmosphere. Recent leadership changes have increased contact between product and engineering teams, clearer forecasting on projects.

Cons

Compensation is average or below average. Merit bonuses do not keep pace with cost of living increases and leadership has been slow to improve compensation when redistributing responsibilities after layoffs.

So far my time at Auctane has been very positive- the company is very supportive of their employees and coming into work is very enjoyable. My favorite things about the office are the hybrid flexibility, office amenities, career opportunities and most importantly the people!
