Pros

There are some very smart people left at Auctane. There are so many opportunities that just need to be executed on. So much potential. Great benefits.

Cons

The chairman of the board is running the company from his board chair. No executives have any say, it is all coming from the chairman and he hasn't a clue how to run Auctane. He is literally hiring all of his buddy's and putting them in executive positions. It's so sad. There are some very talented people that are just sidelined.
