We hold an annual Merchant Bazaar before Christmas, inviting over 25 local merchants to showcase their products to our 400+ employees and neighboring businesses. I would love to see more employee recognition of our rock star employees. We currently do a little but I meet rock star employees every day and wish that others could get to know these outstanding people at Auctane.
