Excellent case study of how poor hiring/promotion practices can rot the entire company - very little talent at the higher levels (buddy promotion system). No one with other options is still working here

Leadership in the US is awful, high churn, lots of changing strategies, no guidance, just complete tickets, unstable work environment with lots of layoffs. There are also some people who are there because they are good at talking and blaming others.
