      Pros

      ShipStation was the place I started my sales career. Great work/life balance and training to get their sales team in tip top shape. If you work hard, there is opportunity for growth. Leadership is very supportive and will do whatever it takes to get you where you would like to be.

      Pay and opportunity to increase pay could be better.

      Pros

      If you like maintenance and only writing code for a few hours a week then you’re in luck!

      Cons

      Managers are trash and this place has no goals. Also everybody pretty much quit, it’s a skeleton crew now, and they’re expected to grow multitudes more profitable in the next four years to make some rich private equity firm even richer, while everyone that made this place what it is today got shafted with a joke of an equity plan which would give them scraps in comparison to the value they are expected to provide.
