      Lots of added perks, management is supportive without being overbearing, product is stellar

      There are a lot of workers who are underpaid, the raises aren’t great.

      Employees and lower level management have created a culture that makes work fun! Remote work is optional Pay is competitive for market

      Cons

      Auctane is growing way too fast. Employees that have been here for a long time are getting passed over for promotions, putting in more hours and getting micromanaged. Unfortunately some have left since we have been bought out which means new employees have to be hired to fill those roles. This puts an undue amount of strain on good employees who have done nothing to deserve this stress.
