Auction.com is a profitable business with committed investors and a lot of smart, experienced and hard-working leaders. Auction.com works with almost all the largest banks and mortgage servicers and investors in the country. Auction.com is an innovator and leader in many aspects (pioneered REO online auction, foreclosure auction sync, remote bidding, seller bid interact, etc.) Auction.com has been fully transitioned to the cloud (AWS). Auction.com has ambitious goals to build new platforms which will bring its efficiency to the next level.
Cons
Due to Auction.com being part of the broader mortgage servicing industry, certain technology pieces can be antiquated and many processes are very manual and laborious. Company culture is not tech-first, but a little bit old-school business-driven.
