Pros

The people are great. Free lunch during high production periods. Marketing and Foreclosure departments are amazing to work in, but high stress.

Cons

Too many counterproductive politics "favoritism, fascism, intolerance, lack of affinity, inability to hold on to talent. lack of advancement within. HR department is a joke. Retaliatory culture, complaints are not confidential. No diversity & Inclusion consultant.

Pros

Employees are talented, Hardworking, Knowledgable, Driven, Compassionate, Encouraging, Managers are great leaders and try to make sure you are well trained, and if desired, try to prepare you for promotion. (This only applies to Managers and their subordinates) Sadly.

Cons

Cons are as followed; Low Morale, Wasteful spending on things that doesnt matter to the employees, But no money to give raises. Excessive hiring of executives that dont do anything. (clique culture) Unprofessional Directors and VP's. Discrimination and a lack of diversity. Wasted talent. No room for advancement. Unethical business practices. No moral compass. Turnover rate is disproportionate. Toxic work environment. Unhealthy culture.

Pros

New Owner/ Jason is amazing. CM department are paid well. AM department are paid well. I really wish I had more good things to say.

Cons

Bonus structure was decreased to cover the excessive expense of the hiring of 6 Sr. Management (VP's) from another company that doesn't have a clue on what Auction.com does. Extremely Low Retention Rate among employees across the board. Directors and Sr. Management is not required to have a college degree. Promoting from within is not high on the list. Morale is low, with a high probability of a lot of talent exiting Auction.com. There seem to be a lot of Racial, Homophobic, and Gender Bias if you don't meet a certain optical standard. The company was bought by an investor plus or minus a year ago. Work /Home balance is nonexistent. No incentive to work hard. Employees on the ground level are not included. Ethics are not a priority.
