A lot of opportunities to grow when the team is small and every works closely. Online real estate transaction is an interesting idea.

Auction.com (ADC) has a lot of good people and can be a fun place to work. They have been growing by leaps and bounds which present opportunities for those willing to hang on.

Cons

Executives work mostly offsite across the country. You may report to one of these executives who have not a clue whats going on in Irvine.

They really want their employees to be happy and there is opportunity for growth.

Cons

When there is a project there always seems to be WAY too many people involved to the point where it creates issues and not a lot of follow through.
