Sure, lots of them. In the end, leadership didn't really lead or drive. It just floundered. That and absolutely ZERO alternative revenue streams. When the primary driver went away with COVID they were woefully prepared. Foreclosure will come back in the next few months, and I'm afraid there will be so much business that the only way to survive it will be to fall back on business as usual.
